It's say 17 of the Paleo Challenge so I'll post some reflections.
It was a struggle today because of the stress level and one coworker is selling candy for her daughter's fund raiser. I'd love to support them, and the candy would help with the stress, but I was afraid that would be the slippery slide downward.
Breakfast: eggs, chicken sausage and avocado
Lunch: roast chicken breast and celery root & sweet potato cakes
Dinner: Faux tacos, fried yams and plantains-hey I needed my sugar fix.
I'm calling the tacos "faux tacos" because it's taco meat (I use my own mix of seasonings so I know what's in there) in a lettuce shell. I'll add avocados and tomatoes but no cheese.
Workout - Helen: 3x 400 m run, 21 KB swings - 1 pood, 12 pullups using the blue and purple bands

Day 12 and busy busy busy
I have to start the day off running.....literally :)
Today is the second Mt. Wilson training day, and we also have a very busy day today (Dave I hope you read this post).
After training I need to pick up pavers but they close at 12 on Saturdays, and I need to go into Gardena to my glass supplier. Of course they close at 1 today. And no, none of these places are open on Sundays.
Breadfast:
1 egg and 1/2 C of my faux-granola with almond milk and blueberries. That should sustain me through 4 miles.
